Living unapologetically you is a gentle return to your true nature. It is about honoring your unique qualities, expressing yourself with authenticity, and creating healthy boundaries that protect your peace. It means allowing yourself to exist without shrinking or reshaping who you are to meet outside expectations. You are already worthy of love, belonging, and acceptance exactly as you are. May you give yourself permission to live your truth with softness, courage, and quiet confidence.

I am a Registered Nurse, Certified Microdosing Guide and Psychedelic Journey Facilitator, Certified Holistic Healing Practitioner trained in multiple modalities, Circle Facilitator, and Cacao Medicine Carrier with extensive immersive training in cacao stewardship. For more than 20 years, I have been on a journey of self discovery and healing—learning from diverse leaders and healers, doing deep inner work, and moving through my own experiences with trauma, abusive relationships, alcoholism, people pleasing, boundary challenges, and ancestral wounds. Becoming sober in 2006 marked a turning point in my life and opened the door to profound transformation.

For much of my life, I believed I was too much and felt pressure to shrink into a more acceptable version of myself. Trying to make everyone else happy left me disconnected from my truth and living in a state of nervous system dysregulation that showed up as anxiety, control, and overwhelm. In 2020, I committed to deeper inner work and began regulating my nervous system before I even had language for what I was doing. As I reclaimed my power and embraced my authentic identity, my body found greater balance and stability, and every area of my life shifted.

Since the beginning of 2025, intentional microdosing has supported me in going even deeper. With a strong foundation of sobriety and nervous system work already in place, microdosing helped me access greater self awareness, compassion, and clarity. It allowed me to gently uncover more subtle patterns, strengthen my emotional regulation, and continue expanding into a more grounded and embodied version of myself. This experience further solidified my belief in the power of combining clinical knowledge, inner work, and intentional microdosing practices.

This lived experience, combined with my clinical background, shaped my passion for guiding others toward healing and empowerment. I am committed to helping individuals break free from societal expectations and limitations. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner world, set healthy boundaries, reconnect with your authentic self, and become unapologetically YOU. A core part of my work is helping individuals return to themselves—rebuilding self trust, deepening self love, and creating a stronger connection to their own needs, emotions, and values. As this inner connection strengthens, many people also experience more meaningful, present, and authentic relationships with their loved ones.

As a Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in holistic wellness, I continue to expand my education so I can offer both clinically informed and heart centered support. I integrate multiple modalities—including Reiki, sound, vibration therapy, and somatic based practices—to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. In addition, I provide comprehensive microdosing education and guidance, helping you understand the science, safety considerations, intention setting, protocol development, and integration practices that support a meaningful and transformative journey.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to regulate your nervous system, release people pleasing patterns, step into your power, and navigate your healing path with clarity, safety, and purpose. When we stop fragmenting ourselves to appease others, we create space for wholeness, resilience, deeper self love, and lasting transformation.
