Service Description

Microdosing for Real Life is a 4-week guided experience is open to all and created for anyone who feels called to explore microdosing in a grounded, intentional, and supportive way. Together, we will explore how microdosing can support real life — stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, sobriety, disconnection, life transitions, nervous system regulation, healthier habits, and feeling more present in your day-to-day life. This experience includes a personal 1:1 preparation call before we begin, four weekly group Zoom calls, education around protocols and safety, nervous system support, integration guidance, journaling prompts, and space to share what is coming up for you along the way. You will also receive guidance around protocol options and ordering during your personal preparation call prior to starting. This is not about escaping your life. It is about learning how to meet yourself, your patterns, your emotions, and your real life with more clarity, compassion, and support. What’s Included: - Personal 1:1 preparation call before we begin - Four weekly group Zoom calls - Microdosing education, safety, and protocol guidance - Nervous system and integration support for daily life - Journaling prompts and simple real-life practices - Time to share your experience and receive guidance during each call Medicine is not included.
