I recently joined Kayse Gehret on the Microdosing for Healing Podcast alongside Nicole Siri Martin and Melissa Saubers for a conversation about the unique paths that brought each of us to healing work.
We talked openly about the experiences that have shaped us (sobriety, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, spiritual awakenings, and personal growth) and how those experiences continue to influence the way we support ourselves and others. One of the things I appreciated most about this conversation was the reminder that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing or guiding. The most authentic work comes from learning to trust our own experiences, intuition, and unique gifts while remaining grounded in safety, nervous system awareness, and integration.
In this episode, we explore:
How our personal experiences shape the way we guide others.
The connection between intuition, creativity, and inner guidance.
Why nervous system safety and integration matter.
The role plant medicine can play in self-discovery and emotional growth.
Why healing does not always have to be painful to create meaningful transformation.
What it means to create heart-led offerings aligned with your own journey.
During the conversation, I shared something that captures so much of this for me: “You can’t open up to others until you open up to yourself.”
Watch or listen to the full conversation below.
I hope this conversation reminds you that your path does not have to look like anyone else’s to be meaningful. If you are curious about how intentional microdosing education and integration support could fit into your own life, explore my current offerings or schedule a Free Discovery Call.
