A gentle, grounded offering to support you before and after an intentional plant medicine ceremony. Together, we will explore your intentions, prepare your mind and nervous system, and discuss ways to approach your ceremony with presence, openness, and care. Afterward, our integration sessions offer space to slow down, reflect, and explore the insights, emotions, patterns, or shifts that arise. This offering includes one preparation call and two post-ceremony integration calls via Zoom, along with personalized microdosing guidance before and after your ceremony.
