Service Description
Return to You is a personalized immersion for anyone who wants deeper support with nervous system regulation, holistic wellness, plant medicine education, microdosing guidance, integration, and the patterns that shape everyday life. We will create a supportive container based on your needs and intentions, with room for reflection, practical tools, and meaningful next steps. This may include one-on-one guidance, group support, cacao, somatic practices, and integration conversations. We will decide together what feels most aligned. Open to adults of all genders; educational support, not medical care.
